Since I don't know how exactly the deadline for creating proposals will be kept, I have created an additional "dummy proposal" that we can use if necessary to accommodate changes that arise in the time until the voting deadline. For all already existing discussions, for which we may still need a proposal, I have also already created "dummy proposals".
