Restructure the general rules in 2B

I was wondering if the structure of section 2B would not be more logical if all the rules that apply to both track racing and technical disciplines were combined into one common subsection 2B.1 General Track Rules?
The structure I had in mind would be something like this:
2B.1 General Track Rules
2B.1.1 Safety
2B.1.2 Unicycles
2B.1.5 Wheel Size Categories
2B.1.3 Rider Identification
2B.1.4 Riders Must Be Ready
2B.1.5 Protests
2B.1.6 Second Attempt After Hindrance or Interference
2B.1.7 Finals
and then the subchapters "B.2 Racing Disciplines", "2B.3 Racing Rules" and "2B.4 Technical Disciplines" would follow accordingly.

Your structure is preferable and I would agree to a corresponding proposal, but to me it's not a big deal if we leave it as it is.

What about the rest of the committee?

Since there were no further comments or suggestions for improvement, I assume that all committee members agree with the proposal.
I will open the voting and hope that all voting members of the committee will also participate in the voting.
