Mounts

I think the first thing we should decide is if we should change the mounts so that each level has a specific mount(s) assigned to it. Right now people have the choice of picking from a lot of different mounts. It gets a bit confusing for the higher levels and some mounts are uncommon or hard to understand what exactly it is. Plus it seems kinda weird that for each level they have to repeat mounts they might have already done in previous levels and a bit redundant.

I believe it would be easier for both the tester and rider if we simplified it and didn't let them pick the mounts. We could assign one or two mounts to each level so that everyone is equal and tests to the same mounts/tricks.

Tania had emailed me and said this: "The mounts in the lower levels would be great to still be able to choose from a list - because some kids have motor skills for some mounts and others for different mounts. We want to be able to keep them motivated at this point, and the mounts are hard for many of them to learn (in my experience)."

That is something to consider but I think if we pick easier mounts for the first couple levels than it would be OK. And of course some kids will learn some tricks easier than others, this is the same with mounts.

Would love to hear everyone's opinions on this and if the majority want to change or not change them, that's what we shall do.
